Technology has given us plenty to be thankful for. But it has also given us plenty of things to dread. We have been given easy access to telecommunications through the creation of cell phones. Using these amazing little devices, for example, we can instantly contact our friends and family at anytime, surf the internet and learn anything at a moments notice, and even entertain ourselves with silly cat videos or mobile games. Unfortunately, though, with this comes a list of concerns that includes but is not limited to:

• Health concerns such as reproductive harm
• The possibility of being force-fed information to convince the consumer to do things they otherwise would not do (i’m looking at you 2020-2022)
• and much more.

Here at ModernDarkAges, we want to be thankful for all the great things that the modern world has given us and be thankful for all the great things the old world has given us. We hope to take the best parts of these two worlds, and see just what happens when these worlds collide in hopes that we will be able to live the best lives that we can as a result.
